Instances
To accomplish the cycling and working with skill sets simultaneously, the app uses instances. An instance is not
necessarily bound in time. An instance is also unstructured in the sense you define them ; for example, an
instance could be tasking for a day (as show in a later video), a course, semester, or personal goals.

The app provides a deep onboarding process to help discover and target skills. As the video shows, there is a Skills Parser,
personality profiler, career and course finder, etc. all to aid a person in finding necessary skills . It is easy to add,
remove, and pivot with skills as goals and requirements change.

Huge advantage of the Skills Based Approach methodology is being able to work with skills and the stages with any time
